Maintenance Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Eng., Mechatronics Eng., Electrical Eng. or Electrical-Electronics Eng.)
• 5+ years experience in a similar role in production companies, preferably in automotive Industry
• Good level of technical knowledge especially hydraulic, pneumatic and  automation systems etc.
• Team management experience
  
• Fluent English skills (verbal and written), German is a plus
• Good command of MS Office programmes
• Able to use SAP (or similar ERP programmes)
• Experience with technical drawing programmes and reading technical drawings
• Strong analytical thinking, decision making, problem solving and communication skills
• Residence / open to reside in Çerkezköy, Çorlu or Kapaklı

Main Tasks

• To manage all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities and machine installation processes in accordance with OHS rules in line with the company's goals and strategies
• To plan predictive and periodic maintenance, to coordinate all maintenance activities in accordance with instructions and plans
• To carry out processes such as automation, line installation / revision etc.
• Evaluate, track and improve maintenance department KPI’s
• To support the preparation of the maintenance and repair budget and to follow up the execution of the works in accordance with the budget
• Close cooperation with machine and equipment suppliers
• Organizing, managing and supervising the outsource companies
• Leading and developing Maintenance Team
• Support the teams with the new investment projects
• Ensuring HSE rules are followed during all maintenance activities
• Support spare part management system and energy management system
• Execute / manage SAP processes for maintenance activities
