QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Metallurgy, Material or Industrial Engineering
  
• Min. 3 years experience in Quality Department preferably in automotive industry 
  
• Extensive knowledge of IATF 16949
• Able to understand technical drawings
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP would be a plus
  
• Experienced in quality core tools ( APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA)
  
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  
• Good at team management 
• Knowing and actively applying problem solving methods
  
• Willing to work actively on the shopfloor for improvement of process quality
• Strong presentation skills with analytical and technical problem-solving ability
  
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) within global organization
• Residing or able to reside in Cerkezkoy, Corlu, Kapaklı or Saray 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supporting the implementation of IATF 16949 
• Supporting the SAP QM implementations
  
• Execute internal and external (supplier) process audits
  
• To support the monitoring, evaluation, analysis and improvement of quality KPIs and to lead improvement projects
  
• Attend daily performance meetings to track daily quality performance and initiate improvement projects
• Lead problem solving activities
  
• Supporting production lines and segments as a part of process chain
• Supporting continuous improvement process
