Multi Turkey is the biggest retail platform in Turkey and the portfolio includes 14 Forum shopping centres, as well as Forum Kapadokya.

Ideal candidate is desired to match with the below-mentioned qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree with related business discipline experience (master degree is an asset),
• Min. 5 years of managerial experience at similar positions in shopping centers,
• Having a very good command of English,
• Strong knowledge about MS Office,
• Having good communication and leadership skills,
• Compatible with flexible working hours in a busy work schedule,
• Excellent coordination, facilitation and presentation skills

İŞ TANIMI

• Effectively execute the mall management business plan (financial results and strategic objectives),
• Serve as the principal point of contact for the tenants,
• Coordinate and execute the annual service charge budget and provide reporting,
• Manage and foster the team-spirit within the local mall management team,
• Ensure that the company culture is upheld across all aspects of service delivery and management of the mall,
• Coordinate and control the service and quality level of any and all outsourced support services (security, cleaning, parking management etc.),
• Build up and maintain good relationships with tenants and local authorities,
• Monitor and report on local market developments
