Founded in 1999 to offer office workers the meal card solution for their lunch needs, our company became the subsidiary of the French Up Group in 2010, transforming into Multinet Up - a financial technology group serving in many different fields. As part of Multinet Up, iPara is Turkey’s first fintech initiative and electronic money company, offering businesses a virtual payment infrastructure. Our subsidiaryininal proposes payment solutions for unbanked individuals. Finally, inventiv, our technocity company created in 2016, combines IT and R&D activities in areas such as card/cardless payment methods, mobile payment, mobile application and cyber security solutions.

Our understanding of an economy without borders has made us the only company with a non-bank payment system in the Turkish Fintech Ecosystem for 4 years.

We are looking for a CRM & Campaign Management Specialist to join our team with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or relevant field
  • 2+ experience in CRM, campaign management
  • Experience in Sms, Email, Push marketing tools, Netmera is preffered
  • Experience in CRM tools
  • Experience in Loyalty Management and mobil applications management
  • Experience using multiple channels to communicate customer base with a focus of conversion, retention, loyalty
  • Takes initiative and ability to work both independently and in teams
  • Result-oriented, problem solver with provided resources and proactive thinker with decision making ability

 

Job Description:

  • Managing and mining customer life cycle to support loyalty campaigns and communication based on behavior & customer trends
  • Mining customer journey data to understand how we can better target the customers in their journey and maximize customer retention and repeat purchase rate, cross sell and upsell rate
  • Managing daily operations for acquisition loyalty and partnership campaigns by working collectively with sales, legal and IT Teams
  • Carry out campaign design and implementation based on daily data 
  • Full ownership of mobil apps and loyalty management
  • Building target audiences from data with data crawling acitivities
