We are looking for a Internal Audit Unit Manager to join our team with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other related field,
• Minimum 7 years’ experience of internal audit experience within preferably payment systems industry and/or Big4
  
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications and SAP,
  
• Knowledge of accounting and finance processes (costing, IFRS, etc) is an asset.
  
• Relevant professional certifications are an asset, (SMMM, CIA, CISA etc.)
  
• Preferably experience in KVKK/GDPR processes,
  
• Team leader with outstanding communication skills
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, result-oriented
  
• Responsible for the systematic and regular working principle, job tracking and finalizing issues
  
• Ability to gain an understanding and appreciation of business systems, processes and cultures quickly,
  
• Flexible to adapt to changing business needs,
  
• No military obligation for male candidates,

İŞ TANIMI

• Preparing Internal Audit Annual Plan and planning internal audit activities to be carried out in line with the plan,
• Design, plan and lead risk based internal audits, including financial, compliance and operational perspectives,
• Presenting the audit reports prepared as a result of internal audit activities and sending suggestions to business units and senior management 
• Ensuring that the activities of the company carried out in compliance with the legislation, internal policies and operational workflows/procedures
• Evaluating the compliance and adequacy of internal controls related to the risks on activities in terms of financial reporting requirements
• Carrying out special projects and investigations as requested.
• Ensure completion of audits/projects within agreed timescales
• Working on the company’s legal regulations with compliance department and providing support to compliance issues
• Working on the company’s and its affiliates legal regulations with compliance department and providing support to compliance issues and to ensure that all the business processes in the company are risk-management compliant and to assess the certain areas for compliance with relevant applicable laws.
• Develop, review, and monitor the Company’s business disaster recovery plan and identify the potential risks areas with action plan and ensure steps are taken to mitigate same.
• Investigate and report violations of processes and procedures and regulatory standards across the operations of the Company including but not limited to finance with effective action plans in response to discoveries and compliance violations.
