QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for PBX Agent who must have;
• Degree in hospitality with previous experiences in the Front Office Department within a hotel,
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and knowledge in an additional language,
• Computer literate and previous experiences with Fidelio are an advantage,
• Excellent grooming standards,
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
• Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure effective service delivery,
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services,
• Ensure the proper operation of the switchboard, resulting in fast and efficient transferring of internal and external calls,
• Take messages for guests and management and convey as per requirements.
