• At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources and 2 years in managing role,
• University degree in a related field,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Very good level of MS Office knowledge,
• Directly reporting to HR Director,
• Prefer to live/will live in Istanbul Anatolian Side.

İŞ TANIMI

• Identifying and developing principles/tools for talent identification.
• Identification of new and innovative approaches to ensure meeting the needs of the changing environment.
• Develop and drive talent acquisition strategy by leveraging a variety of channels to source the best candidates.
• Develop, utilize and perform recruiting strategies and techniques to engage and recruit best talent.
• Responsible for developing necessary development and assessment tools for talent retention, Work on staff retention strategies and find, execute projects to increase the retention.
• Design and perform initiatives and projects to ensure Mutlu offers a unique, relevant and compelling employee value proposition (EVP) to attract, engage very best employees.
• Prepare talent review (potential proposition, succession planning...) & Identify critical succession roles.
• Execute and Develop the new Performance Appraisal System (Balanced Scorecard).
• Develop, organize and coordinate technical, leadership and functional development, trainings and system.
• Execute learning and development and talent management, through supporting a culture of continuous learning, either to keep up with business, or to excel and further improve.
• Facilitated employee development and training, including, but not limited to: Individual development plans, feedbacks, etc.
• Driving organizational development processes including but not limited to senior management succession planning, development action planning and potential identification.
• Budget and Headcount planning.
• Day to day and yearly follow up HR duties.
• Planning and coordinating employee engagement survey process, evaluate the results, and coordinate action taking steps.
