QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering orMetallurgical and Materials EngineeringDepartments, (preferably postgraduate in battery related area)

• Min. 7 years of experience in R&D department, especially expertise for Industrial battery design in Lead Acid Battery sector,

• Knowledge about the TS EN 60254-1/2 and TS EN 60896-21 standards for Industrial batteries,

• Experience in management of team,

• Having project management skills to deliver projects on time,

• Fluent in English,

• Good knowledge of MS office programs,

• High technical communication with customers or suppliers, reporting and research skills,

• High leadership and communication skills, strong in relationship management,

• Cross-functional project team coordination,

• Good understanding of battery production plant and procedures,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Thinking creatively to develop prototypes, manage formulations, and technically lead projects,

• To carry out studies to determine and develop raw material and additives and intermediate product specifications and process conditions in existing and new product design studies,

• To carry out studies for the development of existing and new product design studies,

• Working together with Production and Quality Departments to ensure new products are within specifications and regulations,

• Develop and execute test plans for formulation according to the EN norms or customers specifications,

• Contributing to the development of the team working with,

• Perform the cost reduction studies in terms of battery design and ensuring the cost and quality optimization of manufactured products,

• Following innovative technologies & solutions and applying the know-how into production and projects, carrying out the development of studies,
