• Bachelor's degree in engineering departments,
• At least 5 years experience in quality management system,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Proficient in MS Office Applications,
• Preferably has experience in the field of quality systems in the automotive industry,
• Dynamic, team player and strong communication, planning and organizational skills,
• Capable to lead the related departments and team in the organization in quality improvement and development works,
• Has experience in documentation management and audits,  
• Good knowledge of quality management standarts, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, Goodknowledge of continuous improvement, 5S and Kaizen,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Working effectively in IATF 16949:2016 Automotive Quality Management System works,
• Ensuring the execution of document management system,
• Sustaining and improving the quality management system and training the employees within this scope,
• Taking part in continuous improvement works in quality processes,
• Planing, performing and reporting system audits to cover all processes of the company,
• Supporting the conduct of the supplier evaluation process,
• Ensuring that the corrective action of the findings determined in internal and external inspections is carried out effectively.
