Maintenance Operations Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities and Maintenance Department and experience as a team manager,
• Fluent in English; good communication, presentation and writing skills,
• Good knowledge of reporting techniques,
• Good knowledge TPM and Lean Production techniques,
• Good knowledge SAP PM, BEAM maintenance management programs,
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To prepare the maintenance cost and purchasing budget, to manage the maintenance costs in accordance with the budget and to ensure that they are realized,
• Managing maintenance activities related to mechanical, electrical, electronic and automation failures,
• To plan the necessary resources (labor, spare parts, etc.) to perform maintenance activities. To increase the performance of maintenance activities in order to reduce the frequency of failures and repair times, and to extend the life of the equipment,
• Preparing the annual maintenance plan and ensuring that the maintenance is carried out in accordance with the planned time and cost,
• To ensure that the necessary inspections and researches are carried out, the creation of an energy saving plan, industrial cleaning and calibration and verification studies are carried out in order to complete the maintenance activity at the most appropriate cost and time,
• To manage by targeting the minimum stock value for fixtures, critical spares and consumables related to maintenance activities,
• To manage the maintenance and repair activities necessary to extend the economic life of the equipment and to improve the possibilities of using the resources,
• To ensure the creation of an investment budget for the investment projects created in line with the needs of the factory units and to ensure the implementation of the approved investments.
