• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, or a related field of study,
• Good verbal and written communications skills in English
• 3 years of experience in marketing in the field of product management,
• Experience in Automotive sector is preferably.
• Good communication skills with a creative and analytical mind,

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office,

İŞ TANIMI

• Following every step of the new product projects internally & internationally,
• Provide technical support to the customers and the sales team through proper knowledge of products. As an expert, provide clear answer to the questions raised.
• Describe the product by its ability to solve market problems, create internal positioning documents to be used to develop external messages, focused on each key buyer or personal.
• Performance analysis – monitor product performance (web stats, usage, financials etc.), product lifecycle evaluation (inc. profitability).
• Lead on the creation of the recommended product strategy and Roadmap for the allocated product line.
• Define market – working with market intelligence, provide market context (size, shape, growth, segments, top line financials, etc.), identify opportunities within it, and make (innovative) recommendations based on this.
• Identify competitive and alternative offerings in the market. Document their strengths and weaknesses. Make recommendations for strategies to sustain our market position to the Product & Market Lead.
• Recommend innovative strategies for winning or maintaining our position against the competition,
• Understand why the current evaluators of the product did or did not buy, and understand the steps they took in the buying process.
• Pricing and packaging – contribute towards establishing pricing models, schedules, guidelines, and procedures.
• Determines positioning and pricing policies for the related products, prepares and reports competitor price analysis, price comparison tables regularly,
• Proactively provide detailed pricing analytics and reporting for Sales and Finance,
• Proactive identification and resolution of pricing opportunities,
• Gather and maintain competitive pricing information for product categories to assist in developing pricing strategies based on in-depth product and market knowledge,
• Forecast anticipated growth through analysis of historical trends and by evaluating future growth projections,
• Examines all researches about product awareness and brand power.
