Human Resources Director

We are looking for a ‘HR Director’ for our customer in the manufacturing sector. 

Job Description:

• Management of human resources processes and determination of management policies,
• Managing payroll, personal affairs, compensation&benefits and legal process functions,
• To determine the recruitment strategy and tools to be used during the processes.
• Controlling the norm staffing and budgeting work done with the department managers in order to carry out the recruitment processes over a specific system,
• Ensuring the efficiency of performance management, career-talent management functions,
• To develop and improve the professional and personal development of all employees of the company, to carry out, implement and follow up trainings to be held throughout the company
• Presentation of reports to senior management,
• Ensuring the management and effectiveness of the human resources team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree 
• Excellent command of English,
• Minimum 15 years of experience of HR in manufacturing operations,
• Experinced in management roles and extensive team,
• Team-oriented, problem solving and project management skills,
• Good reporting and presentation skills,
• Live / Willing to live in Eskişehir.
