If you are passionate about building fun and engaging experiences, using your range of technical and creative skills to develop your ideas, and improving your game design chops on the way, we may be looking for you! 

As a junior designer, you'll be working directly in open communication with all members of the team, including senior designers, product managers, developers and artists. You'll bring ideas and solutions that will make our games better and more engaging. You'll design systems that are easily maintainable, expandable and comfortable to use, while making sure your teammates implement it correctly and easily. 

It's up to you to know what we're all capable of, to utilize your skills and to help push our creative limits. You'll be here to bring us together, to take advantage of each of our dynamic skills, and to turn them into games enjoyed and praised around the world. Come join us! 

Skills 

We would like you to have: 

• A genuine interest in design principles, player interaction and presentation
• Enthusiasm about industry trends in game design, especially free to play and mobile games 
• A good understanding of UI and UX principles ? A good understanding of data analysis and KPIs 
• Overall interest in game development (having worked in a game development project is not a must, but is a plus) 
• Good communication skills 
• High level of proficiency in English 

Responsibilities 

As a junior game designer you'll need to: 

• Propose ideas and designs for all our games, then develop them for production.
• Document your designs in detail so the rest of the team can focus on their jobs and turn your ideas into reality in an efficient way. 
• Construct and balance economies, difficulty progression and other math stuff in a way that is fun and engaging for the player. 
• Research and deconstruct competitors and similar games to improve your designs for the project at hand. 
• Prepare wireframes/mockups and design necessary visual feedback for the game's interface.
• Work towards the determined project goals with the best intentions and efforts.
