We are looking for a high potential “Talent Acquisition Specialist” who will create the right candidate pool for our company and attain the perfect talent.


As a Talent Acquisition Partner team, you will directly contribute to our organizational growth enabling us to further grow our platform by supporting to attract the right talent. As an essential member of the People team, you will support us in our mission to design work in such a way that people are engaged, successful, and proud of what they do.


Your Responsibilities


  • Ownership for the end-to-end recruitment process for the roles you are in charge
  • Manage to recruit projects end-to-end, from sourcing, screening, interviewing to negotiating and closing the job offer
  • Keep track of and optimize relevant recruiting channels, report data-driven key metrics, and continuously improve a hiring approach
  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing including the job posting, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and use other creative ways to find the best talent available
  • Contribute to and take ownership of the projects within the Talent Management field (e.g retention, culture, talent management)
  • Plan and implement initiatives and programs that measure and support employee satisfaction, engagement, happiness, and well-being


Our Requirements


  • Bachelor's or master degree in relevant fields
  • Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience
  • Passion for recruitment
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication skills and able to work in a team
  • A curious mind and pro-active approach towards learning
  • Experience in developing and executing employer branding related projects is a plus
