Our most downloaded global game of the year for the in Turkey (Word Rush) for we are looking for a passionate UI / UX Designer. As a UI / UX designer, you will be responsible for designing new mobile games from scratch and designing all of  existing games. You'll work with developers, game designers, and artists to apply UI/UX elements to the game that will be played by millions of people around the world. You will be responsible for the UI / UX design of the game and for improving the user experience.

Skill & Experience / Qualifications: 

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Graphic Design, HCI, Visual Communication, UX Design, etc) or you have relevant agency or extensive UX and UI design experience
• 3+ years of experience in designing visual language systems for  mobile games or apps (or preferably mobile casual game)
• Design experience in mobile platforms
• Advanced level knowledge of Adobe Design Tools (Photoshop, Illustator, Animator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Proficiency in design tools and software
• A passion to learn and keep up with design and technology trends
• An online portfolio demonstrating a passion for digital product development, and experience in diverse content and subject matter
• Proficiency in design tools (wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps)
• Strong verbal, written and visual presentation skills
• A love of collaboration, self-growth and learning
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities:

• Develop player-facing interfaces from concept through to completion
• Work directly with producers, game designers and programmers in the creation and implementation of the game UI
• Understand mobile optimization and requirements
• Explore, iterate on, and design how motion is used to enhance usability and deliver an amazing player experience
• Provide feedback on in-development layouts and visuals
• Animate motion graphics to improve the player experience
• Present and document best practice guidelines for workflow and visuals
• Fix UX issues and resolve friction points in the game flow
• Identify experience problems and find creative solutions to complex user experience problems by reviewing user data
• Sketch, wireframe, mockup, prototyping
