The Qualifications

?      Bachelor's degree.

?      4+ years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role in the retail sector.

?      Oral and written fluency in English.

?      Able to adapt to intensive working schedule.

?      Team player, self-motivated, strong analytical and communication and reporting skills.

?      Advanced user of MS Office,

?      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

?      Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

?      Detail-oriented.

Job Description

?      Managing day-to-day operations.

?      Tracking and reporting on operational documents.

?      Responsible for export customers “order to deliver process”, follow up all related process steps, complete required system transactions and ensure order is delivered on time in full,

?      Coordinate customer communication for “order to deliver process”, receive customer calls & e-mails, inform related departments about the requirements, follow-up production and delivery operations, inform customers on time about order shipment status,

?      Organize export shipments by coordination of internal units; provide customer requirements to the departments Export Sales, Production Planning, External Trade, Logistics and Credit Control and ensure information flow is provided between all relevant departments.

?      Recording operational data related to work done by members of the team, during the process.

?      Assisting customers in preparing their marketing materials and providing accurate data.
