We as a human resources consulting company, are looking for a Corporate Event Manager for our one of the leader customer company in MICE businness.

The office is located on the Asian side.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or similar departments,
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a smilar role,
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal),
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
•  If necessary, there is no travel barrier; have a driver's license and can actively drive,
•  He has completed their military service for male candidates, 
• Able to use Microsoft Office programs very well, 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, planning, follow-up and reporting; able to think analytically; able to work quickly and result-oriented in a dynamic environment; prone to teamwork; diction properly,
•  Presentable, disciplined, careful, successful in human relations, ability to persuade and represent, follow trends, have no restrictions on work,

Job Description

Understanding customer needs, documenting these needs in writing, Making project budgets, providing project coordination and management, To be in all correspondence and meetings with customers, to take meeting notes, to ensure that the works are displayed regularly, on time and completely, To create added value for the company and business by developing new business and service, Ensuring communication and coordination with overseas activity teams, By following the needs and projects of the customers and producing solutions, Prepares customer presentations, reports, proposals and carries out field studies.
