İŞ TANIMI

• Provide legal consultancy to all departments in the Company
• Prepare and review all the agreements that the Company is involved, determine the risks and execute and terminate the agreement processes
• Make necessary legal assessments in all legal procedures, determine the risks and direct the related departments
• Responsible from the legal documentations of the Company’s board and general assembly meetings and carry out the registration process
• Follow up the current legislation, inform the Company regarding the changes in the legislation, develop adjustment processes with the new legislation
• Coordinate and organize the operations related to the Intellectual Property Rights Center
• Provide legal opinion and advice related to the new campaigns, new projects and other related principles
• Give legal support to the Company for the cases Company is involved and the customer complaints
• Follow up the process related to the trademark registration application and trademark registry processes and get into contact with the related trademark/registration companies
• Carry out information research on legal and related fields, prepare English and Turkish information notes to top management
• Manage and coordinate the legal offices that provide legal consultancy to the Company
• Prepare activity reports
• Prepare process charts related to the legal subjects
