We are looking for Data Scientists to help us discover the valuable information hidden in our vast amounts of data, to support different business lines. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for modeling complex problems, discovering insights and identifying opportunities. You will enjoy working with one of the greatest data sets in Turkey, cutting edge technology, and the ability to see your insights turned into reality on a regular basis. • Manage data science projects in an international and multidisciplinary context from start to end,
• Communicate with various levels of management on a business and technical level,
• Build/improve predictive models to solve complex problems, get actionable insights and drive business decisions,
• Leverage latest technologies to deliver better insights more quickly and cost effectively,
• Employ the appropriate algorithms to discover customer behavior, marketing channel attribution and customer product preferences, etc.,
• Training internal customers when necessary.

 Qualifications

• Academic degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Statistics, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research or similar background,
• Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience,
• Experienced in using multiple data science methodologies to solve complex business problems.
• In-depth knowledge of various modelling algorithms e.g. Linear, GLMs, trees based models, neural networks, clustering, PCA, and time series models,
• Proficiency in Python, statistical packages and ML libraries (e.g. numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, spark mllib, bokeh, nltk, deep-learning frameworks),
• Experience working with cloud computing services (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to handle multiple projects and challenging deadlines,
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills,

• Ability to communicate in English language.
