• At least 3 years of experience of creating digital content in a full-timewriting and/or editing position
• At least 1 year of experience within user experience field
• A good understanding of e-commerce and marketplace business model
• Comfortable working with multiple teams including Sales, Marketing, IT, Legal and Customer Value when necessary
• Ensuring correct spelling, punctuation, grammar and adherence to style guides
• Excellent communication skills essential
• Good written English, including spelling and grammar

İŞ TANIMI

• Collaborate with UI / UX Team, Visual Designers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to take a project from initial idea to final output.
• Identify, collect, categorize and edit content including campaign texts, banner slogans, internal & external e-mailings, FAQs, pop up texts, offline works etc.
• Present work to design supervisors, marketing & category managers and UX team for review and feedback.
• Understand and apply the editorial guideline, terminology and tone of voice to maximize accuracy and quality of content.
• Work with UX Designer and UX Researcher to make usability tests, stakeholder and user interviews, user analysis, personas, scenarios and surveys.
• Ensure that terminology is clear and consistent within and across product lines.
• Create user friendly language in web and mobile platforms.
• Participate in team meetings, idea generation and constructive-critique of output by the entire team.
