QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented and committed “Human Resources Specialist” to join our Team. If you want to take up a position where you will be a part of a fast growing and challenging IT organization, this position will address your career expectations.


The expected qualifications are as follows; 

  • Bachelor's degree preferably from Economocis, HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering and other related departments 
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, career planning and talent management functions 
  • Preferably experience in IT ındustry 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment 
  • Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent negotiation, planning and organization competencies Multi-task executer, detail-oriented and analytical


Position responsibilities: 

  • Managing all the recruitment process of the company end to end 
  • Conducting resume and phone screens, face to face interviews with applicants 
  • Coordinating all interviews, including scheduling with interviewers and candidates 
  • Conduct face to face competency based interviews in English and Turkish
  • Coordinating onboarding and orientation processes 
  • Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions 
  • Collaborate with the vocational schools and universities to promote employer branding and to acquire young talents for the organization 
  • Generate creative ideas in organizing social and employee engagement activities for employees and support stronger internal communication within the organization 
  • Supporting and accomplishing Organizational Development processes and projects 
  • Advising on human resources processes and applications 
  • Taking a role in employee engagement, internal / external communication and employer branding processes 
  • Providing regularly various HR reports to management Position responsibilities:
