Under the delegation and assignment of the manager of the project, 

• To prepare and update the Project Chart in Ms Project Platform, according to the Project Management principles
• Monitor project progress, assess issues and recommend resolutions to meet project objectives.
• Review status of projects, coordinate schedules, and prepare status reports.
• To report the bottlenecks and risks 
• To plan, organize and coordinate Project meetings and keeping the records.
• To monitor and supervise the decisisons of the meetings and to inform the Manager  
• To contact and meet wiith the stakeholders according to the instructions of the Manager.

Qualifications Required.

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related ares.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Project Management expecially in defence projects.
• Good Knowledge of Project management processes
• Good Knowledge and experience of Ms Project,
• Good level of English in reading, writing and conversational skills.
• Ability to organize, planning
• Careful in monitoring and reporting and having the ability to perform high quality results.
• Good level of communication and persuasive power.
• Ability to be a member of the team.
• Preferably having the courses of Project Management, Process Managemen and MS Projects.
• No military obligation for the male candidates.
