QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

CRM Campaign Specialist

About Candidate

·        BS graduates from related departments of reputable universities

·        Preferably with a master's degree in marketing, digital marketing or communications

·        At least 1 year of experience in CRM and/or online campaign management

·        Fluent in English

·        Willing to work in coordination with many internal and external teams, prone to teamwork

·        Previous agency management experience

·        Interested in customer relationship management, new customer acquisition and customer retention

·        Have used a CRM software before, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365

·        Experienced in using data display and analysis tools such as Power BI

·        Have basic reporting skills

·        Able to use Microsoft Office tools effectively

Job Description

Reporting to CRM Manager for Bioderma, Institut Esthederm, Etat Pur brands and umbrella brand NAOS,

·        CRM product portfolio management and distributing to related sales & content channels.

·        Customer segmentation by using different data sources, determining the target audiences for the communication channels and advertising activities.

·        Presenting new campaign ideas by analyzing customer and sales data.

·        Campaign setup and testing for online and offline sales channels.

·        Managing campaign operation for eCRM channels such as e-mail, SMS, mobile app; end-to-end management from the creation of content to campaign deployment.

·        Monitoring the quality of campaign content with the digital marketing team.

·        Executing campaign A/B tests; optimizing the content & target audience of future campaigns accordingly.

·        Making analysis of completed campaigns, interpretating and reporting for optimization of future campaigns.

·        Ensuring that the customer loyalty system functions perfectly, responding to incoming requests and taking actions to improve the loyalty system.

·        Observing the customer lifecycle. Establishing and developing automated lifecycle campaigns accordingly.

·        Management and improvements of the pharmacy portal system. Following-up the pharmacy portal contents.

·        Management of pharmacy coupon campaigns, taking necessary actions in line with requests from the field and brand teams. Calculation of progress payments through pharmacy coupon campaign results.

·        Following-up the invoicing and order processes in B2B and B2C channels closely, coordinating with the warehouse, CRM agency and invoice software teams when necessary.

 Ensuring compliance with legal obligations regarding data collection, processing and customer communication consent.
