The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the worldwide sales and marketing organizations within the company. By understanding the industry and economic trends, you will be able to accurately forecast for the teams, and lead the teams’ strategies for global

success.

Responsibilities

·         Develop sales stretegies to achieve business and sales goals

·         Provide coaching to sales managers on the company’s sales strategies

·         Monitor industry trends and market competitors to support sales goals

·         Assist marketing team in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns

·         Provide forecasts to leadership for sales and marketing organizations

·         Provide reports for performances

·         Attend and represent company in  İnternational Fairs

·         Work Closely with key Accounts

·         Periodic visits to abrood showrooms and offices

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant area

·         7+ years’ managing teams

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
