NAZALI is now looking for an enthusiastic and talented colleague for a “Junior Associate”  position to assist the data privacy team.

·        QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from a reputable law school,
• Postgraduate degree and/or data privacy related certification (i.e., CIPP-E) is preferred,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Strong enthusiasm to work and gain experience in the fields ofdata privacy and e-communication legislation as well as technology law,
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience,
• A team player with flexibility and adaptability to work in different roles and responsibilities,
• Ability to take the initiative,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage direct relationships with clients,
• Outstanding presentation skills,
• Ability to work flexible working hours and fast-paced working environment,
• Outstanding analytical thinking and solution-oriented skills,
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility,
• Good working knowledge of MS Office programs, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in particular,
• No travel restrictions,

·        JOB DESCRIPTION

• To assist the team members in any stage of compliance projects and assist clients in conducting legal analysis, producing legal documentation (i.e., privacy notices, data mapping inventories, privacy-related procedures) and VERBIS/IYS registrations in particular,
• To provide time-effective and solution-oriented legal consultancy services in the relevant fields to clients for their daily-basis requests,
• To assist the team members in drafting, negotiating, and revising contracts on the related matters,
• To have an understanding and enthusiasm in closely following local and international developments, writing articles, and preparing announcements and presentations in the relevant fields,
• To assist the team members during the meetings and on-site legal support to the extent if required,
