Our products are used in many vehicle sectors, such as passenger cars, trucks and commercial vehicles. Neapco employs approximately 2,500 people worldwide at locations in the US, Mexico, China, Germany and Poland. In addition, we have specialized in the assembly of electric vehicles in Germany since 2018.

In our Program Management Department we are searching for a Program Manager (m/w/d)

Does the following filed of activity excite you?

· Takeover responsibility for complete launch phase (Gate 1 to Gate 5). Prepare and control of all project timings.

· Responsible for setup and achievement of project targets related to timings, quality and financial metrics. This also includes tracking the status of each project.

· Lead the crossfunctional APQP team to a succesfull launch of the product and bring it to serial production. Also meet customer expectations during these steps.

· Ensure that the needed internal and external resources for project are available and the interfaces are well defined.

· Escalate critical items and lack of resources to High Management.

· Ensure and develop a good relationship with customer project teams.

· Predict, assess and manage key potential project risks.

· Develop with team and control corrective action for timings.

· Approve and releases ECR (Engineering Change Request) on time. Track completion of all relevant ECR´s to ensure project milestones.

· Create project status and timing presentations to customers.

Inspire us by bringing along the following

· Completed mechanical engineering studies (or in a comparable field) and more than 3 years of working experience in a similar position.

· Proven track record in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management, and project management on global programs 

· Proficient oral and written communication skills and the ability to present a polite, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders.  

· Knowledge of powertrain products and processes preferred (half shafts, axles and transmissions).

· Be able to drive to big picture goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining a strong attention to detail.

· Understanding of VDA/IATF/APQP quality systems.

· Proficient with Microsoft Project and Office365.
