In our production planning department we are searching for a

       Process Engineer (m/w/d)

Does the following filed of activity excite you?

· Development and planning of manufacturing processes and work content according to lean principles.

· Perform calculations regarding economic manufacturability of new products considering appropriate manufacturing processes (e.g. LCC analysis).

· Introduction of innovative processes into the current production as well as optimization of existing processes (e.g. CIP, Poka Yoke, etc.).

· Elaboration of required specifications (machinery and equipment, tools, etc.) and compilation of all relevant details.

· Compliance and assurance of quality requirements.

Inspire us by bringing along the following

· Completed mechanical engineering studies (production/manufacturing technology) or comparable field.

· Deep knowledge in the field of forming or gear cutting technology as well as in metal cutting technology desirable.

· Strong communication skills and power to convince, ideally experience in customer services and in dealing with purchasing organizations are advantageous.

· Strong organizational skills combined with initiative and the ability to work in a team.

· Fluent negotiation skills in English required.

· Routine handling of SAP and MS Office as well as knowledge of ACAD or CAD and QDAS.
