     Founded over a decade ago, NephroCan Inc. provides R&D to companies worldwide on dialysis supplies and machines, global patient demographics, and treatment methodologies.

     The company also includes hemodialysis consumables and complementary products, treatment methodology and services.

However, it also provides consultancy and obtaining medical certificate documents worldwide for these consumables and services in multiple production areas.

    We are looking for an "After Sales Specialist" with the following qualifications to be employed in our factory located in Turkey Istanbul Trakya Free Zone (Çatalca).

General Qualifications

• Graduated from related engineering departments of universities
• 3 years of experience in the field of after-sales services
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Able to use MS Office Programs at a good level
• No domestic and international travel restrictions
• Licensed with active driving skills
• Experience in interacting with customers in a dynamic environment,
• Strong presentation skills and excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized,
• Ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibilities to other employees, make decisions and solve problems appropriately.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, Quality Management System Standards, Medical device standards and CE marking.
• Ability to solve complex problems and analytical thinking style

Job description

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving complaints
• Supporting the necessary technical service or maintenance works
• To follow the service processes of defective products
• Follow-up and resolution of after-sales service issues
• Preparing regular reports on issues such as customer complaints and after-sales service performance
• Supporting customer training needs
• Providing support for after-sales technical documentation and correspondence,
• Completion of a wide range of technical tasks including installation/commissioning, maintenance and evaluation of customer equipment and systems
• Supervision of the implementation of the relevant systems in the clinical centers and the installation of the machines and the execution of these procedures
• Repair of electronic boards or other machine parts
