Turkey Istanbul Trakya Free Zone, (Çatalca) in our factory with the following qualifications to assign the “ERP Software Support Specialist” we are looking for.

Key responsibilities:

• Support Sana (ERP Software name) users and provide Issue based resolution for Sana users’ problems and challenges. 

• Troubleshooting and resolving the Sana users queries through Support requests, Calls, and Emails. 

• Understanding business process & Sana software solutions which is to be implemented. 

• Provide necessary Sana functional training for users. 

• Provide extensive training to new recruits as and when required.

• Channel request for software feature changes according to users’ needs.

• Create user manual and training resources.

• Other activities in consultation with the Resource management. 

Job qualifications:

• Graduated from Information Technology or related field.
• Very good English level (interview will be conducted in English).Knowledge of German is also an advantage.

• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Business ERP Software Implementation, User-training, Report Development, Functional Support.

• Knowledge of ERP subsystems would be desirable.

• Strong communicator, open, authentic, credible, respectful, appreciative, honest, company and team oriented.
