Turkey Istanbul Trakya Free Zone, (Çatalca) the following qualifications to assign the “In Process Controller” we are looking for.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from the Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics or Chemistry departments of universities,
• Preferably having at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management and GMP in the medical sector,
• Good command of English, (The interview will be in English.)
• Good knowledge of GMP,
• Good MS Office knowledge,
• Giving importance to development, analytical thinking and result-oriented,
• Ability to manage multitasking,
• Open to communication and social,
• Very good reporting skills;
• Very good presentation skills;
• Very good leadership and couching skills.
• Having strong communication skills, high personal motivation, prone to teamwork,
• Dynamic, responsible, open to innovation and development, result-oriented,
• Will be able to adapt to intense work tempo.
• Preferably residing or able to reside on the route of the service area. (We have a shuttle service from Küçükçekmece, Beylikdüzü, Esenyurt, Büyükçekmece, Silivri, Tepecik, Mimaroba ve Çatalca.)

• Follows the strategies, policies, objectives and action plans of the department,
• Review organizational reports and other performance data to identify areas with efficiency, target success, and capacity for cost reduction and improvement,
• To perform and supervise quality control and GMP activities in order to achieve the targets set in the quality policy. To operate effectively in order to fulfill the standards and rules of the company,
• Working in coordination with the department manager and supervisor on establishing, applying and maintaining the quality management system and workplace environmental conditions,
• Analyzing the outputs of the quality management system (QMS) and GMP operations to monitor the success of target indicators,
• Documents and records QMS and GMP activities,
• Educate all employees (especially new employees), and visitors, of entering cleanrooms and working rules and monitoring their implementation.
• Supervise In Process Control activities and lead IPC personnel for better performance.
• Participate in process validation activities;
• Invited to Change Control meetings whenever needed.
