Turkey Istanbul Trakya Free Zone, (Çatalca)  with the following qualifications to assign the “Production Manager” we are looking for.

   QUALIFICATION

• University degree with a focus in Mechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering, Medical Engineeringor relevant discipline
• Being in the establishment and operation of factories that previously produced Medical Products,
• At least 8 years of experience in the Medical or Pharmaceutical sectors, at least 5 years in Executive position,
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, QMS standards, medical device standards and CE Mark 
• Good command of Medical Product Production Equipment and Auxiliary Systems processes,
• Good command of Clean Room and GMP rules,
  
• Fluent in English,
• Professional in risk management
• Ability to negotiate and present effectively with strong interpersonal and multicultural abilities
• Prone to teamwork,
• Competent in careful, meticulous work and business follow-up,
• Planning and organization ability is advanced,
• Can use MS Office programs effectively,
• Male candidates must have completed military service,
  

JOB DESCRIBTION

• The selected candidate will be reporting to General Manager
• Review organization reports and other performance data to measure productivity, goal achievement, and to identify areas capable of cost reduction and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements for medical devices in the countries or markets where NephroCan does business.
• Direct and coordinate activities of the division concerned with engineering, production, maintenance, repairs, pricing, distribution of products, and after-sales services.
• Direct and monitor required arrangements to ensure continuous effective actions for obtaining customer satisfaction and feedback follow-up
  
• Responsible for implementing risk management for designing and developing the products.
  
• Supervise the quality management system and GMP activities, directing the team to ensure conformity of production halls and processes with the specified requirements.
  
• Co-operating with the TQM department, review and update operating and quality assurance procedures or GMP manuals.

• Conduct product design and development meetings for optimization.
