Turkey Istanbul Trakya Free Zone, (Çatalca)  with the following qualifications to assign the “Technical Service and Maintenance Manager” we are looking for.

   QUALIFICATION

• Graduated from the Mechanical or electrical Engineering department of universities,
• Being in the establishment and operation of factories that previously produced Medical Products,
• At least 10 years of experience in the Medical or Pharmaceutical sectors, at least 5 years in Executive position,
• Good command of Medical Product Production Equipment and Auxiliary Systems processes,
• Good command of pneumatic and automation systems,
• Preferably knowledgeable about Transformer, Generator, Fire Detection, Fire Pump, UPS, HVAC and building installation operation,
• Good command of Clean Room and GMP rules,
• Fluent in English,
• Analytical thinking skills, strong communication, result-oriented, researcher,
• Prone to teamwork,
• Competent in careful, meticulous work and business follow-up,
• Planning and organization ability is advanced,
• Can use MS Office programs effectively,
• Can use one of 3d design softwares (Solidworks, Catia,...)
• Male candidates must have completed military service,

JOB DESCRIBTION

• The selected candidate will be reporting to General Manager
• In charge of Maintenance of whole Manufacturing Machinery and Auxiliaries
• İncrease machinery availabilities and reduce failure rates.
• Plan and take apart for new machinery installation.
• Plan the Predictive / Preventive Maintenance
• Control and optimization of the maintenance processes with cost saving projects
• Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary
• Prepare reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems
• Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
• Coordinating and managing all Technical Service processes and maintenance inside and outside the cleanroom with production.
