QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a
Consumer Care Regional Sales Manager to join our Nestlé Health Science Sales Team. This person will mainly be responsible for leadership, coordination, coaching and development of consumer care sales team in order to gain and grow profitable business within the assigned region.
- University degree in Business or Related Medical Field
- At least 3 years of experience of leadership and managerial experience in OTC/Consumer Care/Dermocosmetics area
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated in various projects
- Fluency in English is an asset
İŞ TANIMI
- Lead the deployment and management of team across assigned region while assuring the efficient and effective use of resources
- Direct and effectively communicate to team the organizational sales strategies, key initiatives, and goals while supporting the team's execution to plan
- Provide one full day in-the field coaching to each team member as planned and targetted
- Meet with individuals on the team regularly in the field, calling on accounts and reviewing account plans and strategies
- Perform all management tasks including, comprehensive analysis of geographic potential, business review of individual team member's territory as well as entire region, expense reports, and other projects and reports as assigned
- Create and revise bonus plan for supporting high performance culture. Facilitates and monitors ETMS (Veeva) documentation of field performance and activity within regional
- Document, provide feedback and coache on field interactions, successes, challenges, and developmental opportunities providing coaching, motivation, and support. Provide Performance Improvement Plans when necessary
- Mentor and develop team based on Nestle Leadership Framework and Sales Functional Competency Framework. Timely performance reviews and PDP conversations in line with Individual Competency Matrix and target achievements
- Organize and follow up Point of Sales activities in the filed. Process and stock optimization after sales to for zero bad good returns
