QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a Decision Support Analyst to join our Finance Team, who will mainly be responsible for performing financial reporting and consolidation for NiM structure and provides support/ expertise in the area of business’s financial analysis. This role will include coordination with the NGBS when it is fully active.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree from Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
- At least 5 years of Business experience, preferably in FMCG industry; for reporting, planning or financial analysis
- Fluency in English
- Strong capabilities in using business tools, Excel and PowerPoint
- High level ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, communication, influence and stakeholder management skills
- Continuous improvement mindset and excellent problem solving
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparation and delivery of monthly Sales forecasts; Dynamic Forecast presentations as monthly Organic Growth and comparative Key Financials; Review and comment on various financial metrics in the P&L at business and product group level highlighting major gaps vs plan
- Active role in Market Business Strategies (MBS) for key financials managed at corporate level (Structural Fixed Costs, Capital Expenditures, tangible assets, working capital components) for next 4 years
- Update working capital allocations (inventories, receivables, payables) to business units/channels
- Economic Profit/Return on Investment Calculation and Delivery with explanations for MBS
- Final Release approval for P&L Account by product groups after monthly actuals/Dynamic Forecasts
- Contribution to Setting Targets for main P&L Components
- Calculate Working Capitals and Target Free Cash Flows and prepare the Gaps vs Targets; coordination with stakeholders to be taken earlier actions for Gap Closing
- Active role in preparation F&C outputs for high level meetings (monthly MANCOM/Zone/Group)
- Monitor Year- to Go requirements for Market Bonus Targets
- Lead scenario and simulation models for Dynamic Forecast process ; and manage Fixed Cost revisions through the year (timetable plan, consolidation, reporting, presentation)
- Secure on-time delivery, accurate and relevant Dynamic Forecast documents as per guidelines from the Centre
- Support Head of DS and CFO around trend analysis versus historical/Dynamic Forecast data; taking primary ownership for Management Reports/Presentations, preparation of Corporate Management Letter and other reports to the Center
