Quality and Warehouse Specialist

We are currently looking for a Quality & Warehouse Specialist to join our Quality Team, based Esenyurt, who will be mainly responsible for quality and Materials Handling management of Nestlé Health Science products.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree from Medicine, Pharmaceutics, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or Chemistry related fields.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or quality
  
• Analytical approach with strong interpersonal skills
  
• Fluency in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Control of NHS products, releasing/blocking them according to the results by necessary transactions on SAP
  
• Act as responsible manager for NHS products and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met in line with legislations under his responsibility.
• Checking Turkish labeling-required imported products after labeling is completed to ensure that products meet regulatory requirements
  
• Listing of daily good receipts and restricted products and control accordingly all entrance of import products
  
• Monthly checking and reporting the blocked products and informing relevant people for necessary actions and following up the actions
  
• Creation of inspection plan for new products on SAP
  
• Initiating new product technical acceptance (TA) for new NHS products (including artwork changes)
  
• Ensuring that Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) are implemented in NHS bounded w/h, DC and whole supply chain until the product reaches to customers, including cross-docks
  
• Auditing and initiating improvement studies in customer warehouses
  
• Controlling the Product Briefs for NHS products and ensuring that the briefs are in line with quality requirements
  
• Managing NHS consumer complaints, in case the issue is related to product quality
  
• Ensure dispatch of materials at right time and right quantity
  
• Follow up solutions and actions of CRR issues related distribution operations
  
• Ensure that continuous improvement philosophy is in place within the DC, by process optimization and control
  
• To maintain SAP system integrity within DC, with super user role
