Regional Wareouse Manager - Ankara

We are currently looking for a Regional Warehouse Manager to join our team in Ankara, who will mainly be responsible to manage 3PL and handling/storage of finish goods and their dispatch to planned destinations in his/her region in line with Nestlé Good Warehousing Practices, objectives and principles.

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering,
Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain/logistics operations
Fluency in English
Good communications skills,
SAP knowledge is nice to have
Work experience in a LEAN organization and implementation of LEAN concepts and tools as part of their way of working will be considered as an asset.

İŞ TANIMI

You will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and managing Safety, Health and Environment, Quality regulations and Best Practices; by process optimization you will ensure the continuous improvement philsosophy is in place within the DC; and also ensure both dispatch of materials at right time and right quantity and reverse logistics operation is done accurately on time. You will need to ensure the Regional warehouse operations being in line with Nestlé GWP and legal requirements across operations are correctly implemented and applied. Continuous improvement of environmental performances should be concerned. Line Managers at all levels and functions have responsibility either directly or through appropriate managers, supervisors and team leaders that the operation/activities within their areas of responsibility are carried out in accordance with company/site policies and legislation and that any requirements are integrated into the work activities under their control.
