Credit Control Specialist

We are currently looking for an Credit Control Specialist to execute processes under Accounts Receivable responsibility.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration departments
• At least 3-4 years experience in Accounts Receivable and/or customer service, ideally in different positions, preferably in (1)Credit analyst or (2) Accounting operations specialist/analyst
• Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Strong MS Office Excel skills, preferably
• MS office power point and SAP knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English is a must

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execute on time and with the highest level of quality of the processes under Accounts Receivable responsibility ( cash application, customer master data, credit management, held order management, process overdues(collections), deduction management, trade spend processing(credit notes)
• Prepare and distribute AR reports according to the agreed market periodicity and PEC
• Prepare ad-hoc reports, studies and analyses
• Drive action plans to correct deviations in services and process improvement
• Close follow up of Nestle Business Service performance and take necessary actions in order to close existing gaps
• Execute identified business and internal controls of AR processes
• Organize and make necessary preparations for Credit Committee meetings and follow up of agreed actions
• Participate in Lean/Continuous improvements projects related to productivity and /or cost reductions
• Participate in promoting clear understanding of the Order to cash process and financial key figures, including organizing training sessions
