QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Brand Manager to join our Infant Nutrition Marketing Team, who will mainly be responsible for increasing brand competitiveness and market shares by managing key brands, products and projects in line with the volume, profit and strategic objectives.

  • University Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing industry
  • Financial budgeting and cost estimation
  • Experience working in cross functional team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English
  • Dual experience in the pharmaceutical industry and FMCG will be a plus


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Understand the portfolio’s market competitiveness and target consumers, translate the understanding into proprietary insights so as to strategize and develop quantified and measurable consumer and medical marketing plans
  • Identify clearly and communicate effectively brand priorities to the Medical Field Force, Nestlé Sales Team and other stakeholders
  • Provide effective detailing aids and supporting scientific marketing communication for existing and new products in close cooperation with the Medical Affairs Manager and Medical Field Force
  • Evaluate brand performance against plans and milestones and propose alternative actions when necessary
  • Identify gaps pertaining to product formulation, communication, price, availability, visibility and aspects relevant to achieving superiority against competition, recommend and negotiate for innovation/renovation initiatives in coordination with Nestlé Nutrition and local support functions, and drive the realization of new projects to create a clear product positioning and increase market share
  • Manage the brand’s marketing, promotional, product development and PFME budgets
  • Ensure all marketing activities are in strict compliance with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes, Nestlé Instructions and local regulations
