Channel Sales Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Channel Sales Supervisor to join our Nestlé Professional Team.

• Minimum 2 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to lead people
• Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Achieve agreed targets/KPIs (NPS, RIG, TTS, CCS, DPA,Penetration & Drop Size etc), etc. with well controlled TTS/PFME spending, in the spesific sales channel(s) of responsibility
  
• Execute of the food and beverage business plans in the channel to ensure channel development
  
• Implement and coordinate promotions, campaigns, trade activities, POP applications and new listings on time in line with business activity plans
  
• Regularly visit each customer/distributor and coordinate sales operations, to increase customer satisfaction on Nestlé services and activity/POP effectiveness in the field etc.
  
• Perform daily sales visits to end customer outlets to create leads in order develop business in the channel. Gether channel insights and determine opportunities for the channel
  
• Manage and control the Total Trade Spends (TTS) within the set budget with Sales Manager
  
• Manage terms and conditions at customer level to ensure 100% compliance as per agreement
  
• Coach, motivate and develop Channel Spesific Distributors’ or Nestlé direct sales force
