Decision Support Analyst

We are currently looking for a Decision Support Analyst to join our Finance Team, who will mainly be responsible for performing financial reporting and consolidation for NiM (Nestlé in Market) structure and provides support/ expertise in the area of business’s financial analysis. 

• University degree from Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of Business experience, preferably in FMCG industry; reporting, financial planning and/or analysis
• Strong capabilities in using business tools, Excel and PowerPoint; former ERP experience, preferably SAP
• Ability to pay attention to details while overseeing the big picture in the complex business setting; multi product categories, sales channels and high number of SKUs
• High-level proactive management capability; ability to set the plans with the milestones, coordinate the stakeholders and meet the deadlines
• Fluency in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Be a key member in Decision Support (DS) team by supporting Head of DS and CFO in financial planning, reporting and analysis within a complex corporate business setting of multiple product categories/Business Units, Sales channels and high number of products (SKUs).
• Take primary ownership of reports to the Center with accurate information, on-time submission as per guidelines from the Centre. Preparation and delivery of monthly rolling financial forecasts (Dynamic Forecasts).
• Have active role in the preparation of reports, F&C outputs/presentations to the management including high-level meetings (monthly MANCOM/Zone/Group).
• Review and comment on various financial metrics in the P&L at business, product group or SKU level; provide trend analysis of Actual results versus Dynamic Forecast.
• Have active role in Market Business Strategies (MBS), i.e. long-term (4-year) business plans, for key financials managed at corporate level (structural fixed costs, capital expenditures, tangible assets, working capital components).
• Update working capital allocations (inventories, receivables, payables) to business units/channels
• Calculate Economic Profit/Return on Investment and deliver with explanations for MBS
• Contribute to Setting Targets for main P&L Components
• Calculate Working Capitals and Target Free Cash Flows and prepare the Gaps vs Targets
• Monitor Year-to Go requirements for Market Bonus Targets; coordination with stakeholders to proactively manage actions for Gap Closing
• Lead scenario and simulation models for Dynamic Forecast process and manage Fixed Cost revisions through the year (timetable plan, consolidation, reporting, and presentation)
