QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Nestlé Professional Team, who will mainly be responsible for the flawless execution of sales operations including sales automation system, in order to achieve sales objectives, coordination between field sales and head office.

  • University degree (preferably from Business Administration, Economics, Engineering
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Report is preferred
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Fluency in English


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly regular reports (stock follow-up, month closing, sales automation periodical reports etc.), stock allocation and quotas
  • Make sales forecast by SKU and by region through coordinating with sales team and submit as an input to business plan cycle in order to ensure optimum supply and stock levels
  • Calculate incentives of sales team and sales representatives
  • Operate sales automation system to ensure high utilization from field sales team and updated solutions by the system to ease and support sales related processes
  • Drive sales communication of sales reports, price increases, promotions, new product launch/relaunches, new distributors
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies
  • Manage user accounts, authorize accounts with correct operational access at Sales automation system
  • Monitor and track annual sales automation budget
  • Track necessary infrastructure to follow Perfect Store Execution
  • Track distributor order management tool; and also Sales force program usage and data management among sales teams with relevant directions and reporting
