Training Manager - Consumer Care

We are currently looking for a Consumer Care Training Manager to join our Nestlé Health Science Team, who will mainly be responsible for training the HCPs and pharmacists by aligned strategies and flawless execution of actions; and achieving platform KPIs by being in close coordination with marketing, sales and medical team and by gaining the advocacy of KOLs and Pharmacies.

• University degree, preferably from Nutrition and Dietetics and/or Pharmacology
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing/Medical Affairs/Training (preferably minimum 3 years experience in OTC products)
• Extensive knowledge about vitamins, mineral and supplements is a strong asset
• Fluency in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare yearly training plans in line with annual ProductBusiness Plan
• Understand business dynamics and be a part of ICP and execution plan in collaboration with Platform Lead
• Create HCP & Pharmacy Training Modules for Brand Portfolio
• Execute scheduled trainings for Sales Force, HCPs and Pharmacists
• Track training performance via regular surveys and ensure continuous improvement of the platform
• Track and contribute to sales performance through desired education and awareness level amongst HCPs, Pharmacists and Sales Team
• Organize scientific events, meetings & symposium and present the company/product/scientific presentations in these organizations
• Plan and manage Training Budget in approval with Head of Marketing & BD and in agreement with Platform Lead
• Evaluate scientific researches related to product ingredients and accurately and effectively communicate findings into training and education materials
• Act as a hub with Global Training Team in order to bring new medical data to Turkish market
