Compensation & Benefits Specialist

• University degree (Preferably Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or related field)
• Proficiency in English,
• Should have at least 3 years of experience at compensation & benefits fields,
• Should be qualified at MS-Office applications and preferably experienced in ERP software (SAP, Axapta, Oracle, etc.),

İŞ TANIMI

• Prepare and execute compensation and benefits (C&B) systems and all expatriation/inpatriation processes in the company ensuring they are in line with legal requirements,
• Set, revise and track salary and personnel operations budget for the company in line with annual company policy and financial parameters,
• Provide statistical data for monthly headcount, overtime & absenteeism reports, and related HR KPIs,
• Recommend necessary changes in compensation systems, analyze cost of labor,
• Provide salary proposal for new hires, promotions and transfers in line with company strategy,
• Carry out ongoing relationships and operations with external consultants and suppliers (e.g. brokers, benefit providers) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service,
• Monitor modern trends in the C&B systems to find or update the best practice for the organisation considering costs,
• Acts as a liaison with vendors and third-party administrators on escalated benefits issues,
• Partner with payroll function to ensure accurate compensation and benefit deduction data,
• Work with the stakeholders and consultants on a variety of projects including program design, modeling analysis, budgeting and implementation of new benefits.
