QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor's degree,
  • Minimum 5 years customer, analytical and or financial experience required,
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics including pricing and promotion in a CPG, multi-tier pricing environment required,
  • Ability to create and deliver advanced analytical models required (Consumer and Financial),
  • Should be qualified at MS-Office and ERP applications (SAP, Axapta, Oracle etc.),
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Should have B class certificate,
  • No restriction to travel,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


İŞ TANIMI

  • Leads the integrated commercial planning process on behalf of Sales and Channel Category Sales Development Team,
  • Setting the general direction for pricing and promotion decisions for portfolio and brand within the competitive landscape,
  • Making the right pack and shelf price decisions across customers and channels,
  • Defining purpose of price promotion in delivering brand objectives, and degree of promotion intensity in terms of frequency & depth of discount,
  • Defining role of each pack with regards to target user, value proposition, pack size role and growth lever and identify opportunities for new/different price/format segments,
  • Prioritizing potential brand/product price change opportunities and understand potential pack size gaps in product portfolio compared to key competitors,
  • Maximising return on trade investment by improving structure, conditionality and compliance,
  • Reviewing structure of trade terms with building blocks and attributes to enhance decision making and enable improve return on investment,
  • Understanding net-net prices by customer and assess degree of defendability of trade investment between customers/channels based on size, growth and strategic customer prioritization,
  • Improving brand/product or customer/channel mix to maximise Net Net Sales.
