Foreign Trade Assistant Specialist 1 Year Contract

As Netas, we are looking for a “Foreign Trade Assistant Specialist” of 1 year contract with the following skills and qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university,
• Min 3 years of experience in foreign trade, bank or international finance company resources, payrolland administrative experience, preferably in an international company,
• Fluency in both written and spoken English,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• SAP knowledge is a plus,
• Strong multi-tasking and ethical skills,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Eager to learn, open for improvement, ability to work closely and collaboratively with the otherdepartments,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• No restriction to travel abroad.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support International Market BU members in foreign trade operational activities,
• Give support to the sales team for the completion and follow-up of financial documents,
• Responsible of banking operations; 
  

Follow-up of the reconciliations with the banks regarding the lines/exposure/cash movements,

Review Netas international office bank accounts and report them to the headquarter,

Operates all bank related activities bid bonds/guarantees from the banks for international projects,

Manage Letter of Credit process end to end,

• Support setting & managing  BU financial performance, (P&L, NWC, Budget)
• Support operational management of subsidiaries.
