* Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects with a strategic planning, customer focus, budget, resources and time restrictions
* Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization
* Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects working both with the related internal teams Security Research  Centre, Product Development and Operation Group and Security Solution Management Unit
* Coordinate all projects and dealing with the new ones
* Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization
* Develop and implement long-term goals and operational objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans and determining system improvements
* Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; Initiating corrective actions
* Ensure the management and coordination of the all products development releases
* Ensure Requirement Management, Project Monitoring and Control
* Ensure that program activities comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards
* Ensure program and project plans are in strategic alignment with business goals, manage risks & changes, and deliver projects successfully
* Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
* Apply change, risk and resource management
* Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
* Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
* Prepare Projects’ status and performance metrics reports
*Analyzing market conditions, competiton, international benchmarks, changing trends, and new innovations to address and present the latest market developments.
