Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 5 year of experience in purchasing/procurement
• Ability to learn quickly; dynamic & positive personality, pro-active
• Very good command of English skills both verbal and written
• Project Management skills and good team worker
• Analytical and problem solving skill
• Proven multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to respond to, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest of standards for completeness and accuracy

Responsibilities 

• Minimum 5 years of experience on direct material procurements preferable electronic components
• Preparing the RFx of the product, communicating and negotiation with the suppliers,
• Making agreements on price, stock information, delivery date and commercial terms with suppliers,
• Following and implementing the company's procurement policies and procedures and preparing orders in accordance with these procedures,
• Following the warehouse and invoice processes of purchase orders,
• Negotiations with logistics companies for logistics operations for import and local procurement process,
• Management of the inventory for his/her projects
• Evaluate, review and analyze all suppliers and based on this, lead suppliers to implement required CARs
• Knowledge of customs process,
• Negotiate supply contracts with suppliers in coordination with internal stakeholders of the contract
• MS Excel and SAP knowledge are preferable
