Support Engineer

·         Bachelor's degree in technical field (e.g., MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study), Preferably Masters in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering.

·         3+ years’ experience  within the telecommunications or IT industry

·         Technical Knowledge of Routing and Switching protocols

·         Technical Knowledge of Linux system

·         Strongcapability to drive for results.

·         Ability to learn effectively and quickly;

·         Customer orientation;

·         Good verbal and written communication skills;

·         Team player with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently;

·         A flexible, positive and creative attitude to change;

·         Stress tolerance;

·         Fluent in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Investigate issues and perform tasks to insure ZTE solutions continuous functioning within SLA terms.

·         Answer to customer’s questions related with the ZTE products and solutions.

·         Apply patches and upgrades ZTE products on our customers’ sites.

·         Share knowledge by verbal and written communication (internal support meetings, training sessions, documentation)

·         Participate to projects by installing, configure, tests and integrate the implemented solutions.
