QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in working and applying Agile/Scrum for minimum 2 years in a software development team is required. (Scrum Master role is preferred.)

Organizing and facilitating daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, grooming, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.

Assisting team with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition for sprint content.

Updating agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs.

Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress within teams and internal&external management.

Risk management

Supporting the team in removing or escalating impediments to deliver assigned goals.

Minimum 2 years of development experience in Java/J2EE applications and telecom call processing projects

University degree in computer sciences, electronics engineering or related fields

Having experience in following areas:

VoIP, SIP, SDP, RTP, TCP/IP and 3GPP protocol knowledge.

OO programming knowledge

Java, J2EE, Oracle/PL-SQL, JDBC, C, C++ programming language knowledge and experience.

Web Services (SOAP, REST) knowledge and experience.

Web user interface knowledge on Javascript, JSP, JSF, CSS knowledge and experience.

Fluency in English (both verbal and written) – required

Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills

Strong technical documentation and verbal/written communication skill

No military service obligation for male candidates or deferred at least two years

JOB DETAILS

We are looking for Senior Software Developers who are eager to take Scrum Master responsibility besides senior responsibilities in analysis, design, development, test and integration phases of call processing focused telecom software projects in an Agile development environment.

Responsibilities include:

· Guiding the team as a Scrum Master and applying Scrum methods

· Designing and developing SIP/RTP based VoIP services and frontend/backend of their web interfaces.

· Analyzing requirements and building use cases

· Contributing to test, integration, documentation and issue resolution phases of software development projects

· Leading, guiding and training others

· Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
