And also on 2013 Netmarble has incorporated Joygame which is the biggest online game company on Turkey and Middle East Area.

We are searching for teammates that will work at the Istanbul Office for the development and publication of games and different digital contents in Turkey, Middle East and Europe. We are looking for "Localization Manager"  for our strongly growing organization;
 

• Bachelor's Degree (localization, business, linguistics, or with equivalent experience)
• Solid in-depth knowledge of internationalization and localization
• Minimum of 3 years of experience directly related to project management (preferably in the localization industry) or masters degree preferred
• Fluency in English
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Excellent presentation/communication skills,
• Familiarity with MEMOQ
• Organizational and leadership skills
• Proven abilities in project planning, resource and risk management
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Quality and detail-oriented
• Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment
• Self-starter and pro-active
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
• Knowledge and Interest in continuing to learn and identify new technologies and new tools
• Advanced Excel skills a big plus

İŞ TANIMI

• Manages localization projects from beginning to end, working closely with language specialists, localization engineers, terminologists, product management and development, internal business partners and external vendors and other departments
• Develops project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources and quality control
• Following analysis of project specific localization software application requirements, creates and manages internal version of localization project plans, and provides project specific education and coaching to necessary parties
• Creates and controls localization project budgets, performs cost tracking analysis, ensures timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices and approves work reports
• Analyzes location project risk, and defines mitigation actions of identified risks
• Identifies and solves localization issues or disagreements, whether system or product, identifies causes and performs corrective/preventative action
• Assigns, monitors and measures agency’s work. Manages agency’s compliance with standards, practices and policies
• Directing agency’s deliveries to timelines and product quality, including responsiveness and professionalism towards both parties
• Leads project team/agency meetings and conference calls, including project kick-off meetings, weekly and ad-hoc, issue solves and performs post-mortems, while ensuring meetings are recorded and minutes distributed, manages the delivery of agreed upon active items
• Presents regular reports to peers on progress and forecast of work status, escalating issues and evaluating needed support
• Maximizes utilization of agency, preparing alternative work for periods without projects and/or billable work for other teams 
• Continually expands knowledge and education in localization trends and news, keeping up to date through active participation in training opportunities
